FLEXIBLE QUALITY PACKAGING AND PACKAGING MACHINE FOR BAGS WITH 4 SEALS
Synchroflow is a new completely electronic packaging machine with continuous work cycle with PLC controlled brushless motors, mounted on a cantilever frame to ensure easy cleaning and maintenance. The servo-assisted operation enables extreme personalization of the products to be packaged and features a touch-screen operator panel. Available in various versions and able to achieve a productivity of 400 pieces per minute.
La SVMA-MIV packager, an alternate movement machine powered by brushless motors, realizes pillow and square-bottom bags with or without the four seals. Is equipped with a vertical sealing bar, motorized film feed and jaw group, specific system for making square-bottom bags, jointing table for facilitated reel change, automatic transversal film centring device, machine stop sensors for film breakage.
